Kevin Owens is the President of Property Management at RKW, bringing over 20 years of multifamily property management experience across the U.S. A respected leader in the industry, Kevin has a proven track record of driving operational success and growth in both Class A and value-add communities.

In his previous role as Division President at a large property management firm, Kevin was instrumental in the company’s expansion from 18,000 to 60,000 units under management within his division. His strategic oversight included all facets of property management, including operations, marketing, business development, and facilities management. Kevin has successfully managed the development and stabilization of over 60 lease-up communities, consistently surpassing initial occupancy and rental rate projections.

Kevin’s expertise extends to leading operating teams across 36 states, where he has cultivated a reputation for excellence in customer experience and property operations. He is dedicated to fostering a culture of innovation and performance, positioning our properties for sustained success.

Before joining our team, Kevin held key roles at several leading property management firms. His specialties include operational leadership, team development, and asset management. Kevin is recognized as a thought leader in the industry, contributing insights on best practices in property management and community engagement.
